Prior to joining KELIX®, Mr. Wiklendt worked as a Division Manager and as a VP of Marketing for Hilti Corporation, a manufacturer and supplier of construction tools and products. Eric also has experience from Eaton Corporation, Deere & Co., and Andersen Consulting in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, plant management, supply chain management, sales, and strategy consulting. Eric has a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the Wharton School.
Prior to joining KELIX®, Bill was Director of the $120 million Chemicals Business Unit of Hilti North America, a manufacturer and supplier of construction tools and products. Bill also has experience working for General Electric, Eaton Corporation, and Mellon Corporation in the areas of supply chain management, quality engineering and financial instrument sales. Prior to entering the private sector, Bill was a captain in the United States Air Force, where he performed satellite operations and led missile maintenance organizations. Bill has a BSE from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Marquette University.
Before joining KELIX®, Mr. Schaefer worked for Hilti Corporation, which is a global manufacturer of tools and materials for the construction industry. While at Hilti, he held positions as a Regional Manager in the US and as the Head of Business Development for Services at their corporate headquarters in Liechtenstein. In addition, Matt has worked at A.T. Kearney, GAINSystems, and Lockheed Martin in a variety of sales, consulting, and engineering roles. He holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from University of Michigan and MSE in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. Matt also has an MBA and MEM from the Kellogg School of Management.
Prior to joining KELIX®, Andy was a Sr. Engineer for American Airlines in its Maintenance Division with primary responsibility for the wing structures for American’s 100+ fleet of Boeing 757’s. Andy has experience managing large modification projects, providing time critical engineering support, and management of procedures and documentation. Andy has a BSME from Oklahoma State University.
Nick Larimer is a former First Vice President at the Bank of New York Mellon and its predecessor entity Mellon Bank, where he worked in the Finance Department in positions of progressively increasing responsibility for 37 years. His primary responsibilities were to provide controllership and financial accounting support for lending departments, including International Banking, Real Estate Finance, and Mortgage Banking. Additionally he supported the securities broker-dealer side of the business, and held positions in the Corporate Accounting Division. Nick earned a B.A. in Economics and an MBA from The University of Pittsburgh, and completed post-graduate work at the Stonier School of Banking at the University of Delaware. Nick is an Air Force veteran and earlier in his life worked in the construction industry.
John is the founder of KELIX®. Since 1970 his principal fields of expertise and research include: research and development of refrigeration and heating systems, environmental control systems, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design, modeling, simulation, and implementation. John has experience implementing the Oklahoma Mechanical Licensing Act (1988). He holds Oklahoma unlimited Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Contractor licenses, and a number of US Patents, dating back to 1976 related to energy conservation methods. John is a disabled American Veteran.
